Furniture Care Guidelines

Regular Care

Use a vacuum cleaner or soft brush to remove surface dust.
Keep the surface free of dirt and grit which may have an abrasive and damaging effect, particularly on light colours.

No Detergents/Chemicals

Do not use any detergents / chemicals to remove spots or stains. Some marks can be removed using a cloth moistened with mild soapy-water.

Spillages

If spillages occur, blot with a dry, clean cloth. N.B. Excessive use of water or over-energetic cleaning can destroy the surface finish.
Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight. Warm areas and radiators.

Pets & Sharps

If you have pets, bear in mind that claws can be particularly damaging to upholstered furniture, as can any kind of sharp object.
